My name is Lawren Alice (that's my first and last name) and I'm an artist, muralist, and full-time gallery curator living in Philadelphia. My style can be identified as bright, bold, ornamental pattern-based work that's heavily focused on symmetry, repetition, color, and delicate details. Since my work doesn't include any people, places, or specific things, there's no deep meaning to unpack and nothing that viewers need to decipher or decode. My goal is pretty simple: I just want to make beautiful patterns that feel calming, approachable, and easy to spend time with.
